THE UNPRECEDENTED FLOOD IN DELTA STATE, WHICH BEGAN IN SEPTEMBER HAS RENDERED SO MANY HOMELESS, DESTROYED PROPERTIES AND FARMLANDS AND KILLED SO MANY. THESE VICTIMS HAVE BEEN KEPT IN RELIEF CENTERS(IDP CAMPS) BY THE STATE GOVERNMENT, YET SUFFERING THE EFFECTS OF THEIR LOSSES. THIS PROJECT AIMS AT BUYING RELIEF MATERIALS THAT WILL EMPOWER THEM TO START UP AGAIN WITH DIFFERENT TRADES OF THEIR CHOICE.
